BioBased Insulation uses a process that seals a structure's thermal envelope which makes it is more energy efficient, healthier, more comfortable and durable than traditionally insulation. In addition, BioBased® Insulation is soy-based, an annually renewable resource, and water-blown so it is more environmentally responsible.  BioBased Insulation creates an air tight seal so that less energy is used in the heating and cooling process of homes and buildings.

Emega Biopolymers manufactures a soy-based spray foam insulation product which provides a sustainable and energy efficient insulation. This product has the highest percentage of renewable resource ingrediants, is produced from plant-based and recycled renewable resources, has no VOC's, contains no urea or ozone depleting CFS's or HCFC's and meets government requirements for using renewable resources.

Key Insulation provides installed products and services for builders.  Insulation products include cellulose, fiberglass and foam.  Cellulose is manufactured from recycled newsprint and papers fibers.
