AET manufactures solar collectors under the trade names Alternate Energy, Morning Star and Starfire. AE-Series collectors are designed for 30 to 50,000 gallons of hot water, space heating, air conditioning and industrial process heat. They are wind load tested to 195 mph, with a 10 year warranty. Constructed using extruded baked polyester (MB-40) electrostatic bronze painted aluminum and fastened with aircraft pin grip rivets. The MSC-Series collectors are all wind load tested to 175 mph, and also have a 10 year warranty. Constructed with an extruded aluminum frame and battens MSC-Series collectors are built to withstand harsh saltwater environments.
