Swinerton provides sustainable construction services, designing and managing
for LEED categories (sustainable sites, water efficiency, energy and atmosphere, materials and resources, indoor environmental quality, and innovation in design). Swinerton is a member of the USGBC and actively participates in
organizations such as Stanford University's CIFE (Center for Integrated Facility Engineering), and the Center for the Built Environment, a University of California Berkeley endeavor. Swinerton employs over 250 LEED Accredited Professionals.
