Adroit Construction Company currently employees two LEED certified team members. Adroit is active in recycling wood materials and detailed reuse planning; use of alternative fuels on select equipment in sensitive locations; and implementing and maintaining proper erosion control plans; plus separating refuse materials to facilitate recycling. As a general contract construction company Adroit builds everything from medical centers, libraries, schools, recreational facilities and churches, to industrial buildings, banks, retail stores, airplane hangers and detention centers.

Bear Construction is a member of the US Green Building Council, the Illinois Chamber of Commerce and an affiliate member of BOMA/Chicago (Building Owners & Managers Association of Chicago). Bear has constructed projects ranging from industrial and commercial to municipalities, banks and institutions, hospitals, retail, and common area spaces. They also have capabilities for technology projects, whether that be at communications or broadcast facilities; constructing building additions, basement utilities or laying telephone pipe. The firm also employs a large team of union carpenters, laborers and decorators.

Building Green Solutions is a general contracting firm providing commercial and residential infrastructure development services. Among their services are building retrofits and weatherization, landscaping, construction site cleanup, and providing eco-roofs & siding. BGS designs and installs LEED ready packages of roofing/siding. These packages consist of options of green roofs, reflective roofs and/or green walls. Green roofs, applied over the existing roof, are configured of a waterproofing layer below the layer sustaining vegetation. Containers, vegetation mats, modules, and cuttings are installation options as well. Retaining storm water green roofs relieve storm drains of some runoff while helping regulate temperature and diminish cost of temperature control within the building.

Daniels & House Construction Co. is a member of the U.S. Green Building Council and employs a LEED Accredited professional. Other memberships held by Daniels & House include the C2 Competitive Cluster Green Building Committee-Monterey County Business Council, and the City of Monterey's Coaliton on Green Building/Chamber of Commerce of the Monterey Peninsula Green Building Committee. Their knowledge base encompasses such applications as solar thermal and PV systems, green roofs, SIPs (structural insulated panels) and native landscaping among others.

Forrester Construction Company is a general contractor firm based in the Washington Metropolitan area. They provide general contracting, pre-construction, construction management, design-build and sustainable construction services. Some of their sustainable construction activities include salvaging of materials during demolition for use of recycling. Part of their portfolio of green projects is the Founding Farmers,the first LEED Certified restaurant in the Washington, DC area. It is LEED Gold Certified.

Markets served include retail, recreational, hospitality, healthcare/biotech, cultural/memorial, recreational facilities, and office buildings. Their work includes historic renovation, retrofit and safety upgrade.

GreenWerks specializes in developing eco-friendly construction and remodeling solutions in the Chicago area. Their focus is in business or residential work; construction, remodeling, or painting projects. GreenWerks exclusively uses minimal odor, low-Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) paint. Their paints and stains are Green Guard® and Green Seal® approved.

Hathaway Dinwiddie provides general contracting and complete project planning and management services in California. More than 20% of the staff members are LEED Accredited Professionals. Their sustainable construction projects have ranged from office buildings to laboratory renovation, building construction for schools and on university campuses such as Stanford, science facilities and restoration & construction of a winery & tasting facilities. Hathaway Dinwiddie's green building projects have earned ratings of LEED Silver, Gold, and LEED Platinum.

Holder is a national commercial construction services firm with over 90 LEED Accredited Professionals employed. They have constructed LEED Certified data and technology centers, university science buildings and campuses, even renovating their own Atlanta headquarter offices, earning LEED Certification. Holder Construction has strengths in headquarter and regional office design and construction. They offer integrated mechanical, electrical, plumbing and systems support services (MEP). Thus far their sustainable build projects have earned Silver, Gold and Platinum ratings among their LEED Certifications.

IMC provides services in all of the LEED project categories, including new construction (NC), core and shell (CS), commercial interiors (CI), and existing buildings (EB). Their services include early stage planning, financial consulting, and LEED Certification management. Some of their green buildings include banks, university centers--which includes renovation of historic buildings, and office buildings, plus parking garages. Implementing green and reflective roofs, recycling and material reuse, low VOC finishes and paints, and use of regional materials.

JE Dunn currently has over 200 LEED™ accredited professionals on staff. Their LEED projects have included a correctional facility in Oregon, Dallas Fire Station No. 38, corporate offices, a middle school in Georgia designed for LEED™ Silver certification, residential high rises, and medical offices in Denver, Colorado. Their sustainable construction activities include planning and design for responsible land usage, utilization of natural light and other energy efficiency applications, use of recycled materials and water-efficient landscaping.

Green Star Builders provides LEED consulting which includes applications like Structural Insulated Panels (SIP’s) or Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF’s), solar power or home automation. Their efforts in sustainability also extend to corporate seminars, school events, and developing a Real Estate Agent Certification.

Makingreen Construction services the Bay Area and Central California in residential and commercial construction using eco-friendly products and recycled materials. They work in new residential homes, commercial businesses, and remodels.

Miron's green activities and LEED certified projects cover remodeling, demolition and new builds, such as educational facilities that include medical and science centers. They are active in environmental projects for water utilities -constructing water treatment plants, underground storage facilities and remediation facilities. Miron is also active in the paper & pulp industry completing construction projects on machinery/parts replacements and machinery installation. Their affiliations include The U.S. Green Building Council, the Wisconsin Green Building Alliance, the Wisconsin Paper Council, TAPPI, and The Wisconsin Bio Industry Alliance.

W.E. O'Neil Construction Company services range from pre-construction, general contracting, management and design/build as well as maintaining a concrete division and specialized services for tenant, campus and facility projects. O'Neil's green design/build projects include the MTA Transportation Building in El Monte, CA which has a Gold LEED rating; a showroom in Chicago which was a pilot in the USGBC's LEED-CI program.  The showroom attained the first Gold rating from the USGBC LEED-CI program for a space in the Merchandise Mart. O'Neil's sustainable construction practices include re-use of original materials in modernization/renovation projects, installation of energy efficient lighting, modular construction, use of green roofs/rooftop gardens, low-VOC paint and carpeting, use of recycled content in interiors and exteriors.

Rockford Construction serves Michigan areas, and is a corporate member of the United States Green Building Council. Rockford employs LEED Accredited Professionals, incorporating green principles in all projects. The markets served by Rockford capabilities range from healthcare facilities, to residential, eductional, retail, hotels such as Marriott, and industrial work.

Shawmut is a member of the U.S. Green Building Council and the Environmental League of Massachusetts Corporate Council. Their construction experience ranges from commercial and academic facilities, corporate interiors, to healthcare institutions, retail, restaurants and hospitality spaces including casinos. Shawmut is also a specialist in historic and cultural preservation having worked on exterior restoration and interior renovation such as the 1880 H. H. Richardson classroom building at Harvard University.

Swinerton provides sustainable construction services, designing and managing for LEED categories (sustainable sites, water efficiency, energy and atmosphere, materials and resources, indoor environmental quality, and innovation in design). Swinerton is a member of the USGBC and actively participates in organizations such as Stanford University's CIFE (Center for Integrated Facility Engineering), and the Center for the Built Environment, a University of California Berkeley endeavor. Swinerton employs over 250 LEED Accredited Professionals.

Timm Construction, a member of the US Green Building Council since 2004, provides service in the areas of new construction, renovation, add-ons, from commercial buildings to industrial, residential and institutional. Timm Construction is an Energy Star partner, and has a LEED accredited professional on staff. Their buildings are 3rd party certified, with residential and commercial projects having earned 5 star certification from Energy Star (E.P.E.), and  LEED certification by the USGBC.

Having completed 80 LEED Certified projects Turner Construction has also completed or is currently working on more than 120 additional projects that are registered with the U. S. Green Building Council. Turner has completed or has under contract more than 300 projects with Green building elements and currently employs over 600 LEED Accredited Professionals. Turner has also developed an online LEED Professional Accreditation training course in partnership with the USGBC.

White-Spunner provides commercial construction services including pre-construction, design build, construction management, green building, LEED certification and value engineering. White-Spunner experience in construction includes distribution center and warehouse construction, medical facility and healthcare, new shopping center construction, tilt wall and pre-cast concrete construction, institutional, university and educational, and hotel construction and renovation.
