Carlson Studio Architecture is a Sarasota-based, full service architecture firm and as such designs with the intention of promoting the values of the client. As a member of the USGBC and the American Institute of Architects (AIA), the firm considers innately energy efficient design aspects like use of natural lighting elements.  Employing LEED Accredited Professionals, Carlson Studio is also a member of the Florida Green Building Coalition and participates in the Green Business Partnership (GBP).

Chen and Associates is a civil and environmental engineering consulting firm that is a certified SDBE firm in Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach counties. Chen & Associates assists municipalities through the Florida Green Building Coalition to become a "green municipality." A U.S. Green Building Council member, the firm also employs LEED certified professionals.
